1.How to reach us

The messenger is convenient, but email is the official channel: only a message to [email protected] guarantees that a request is logged and answered within the stated time.

2.Response time and time zone

• 2.1Written requests, a reply within 3 (three) business days of receipt at the latest.
• 2.2On Telegram we usually reply within the same business day, but the guaranteed time is the same 3 business days.
• 2.3Business hours: Monday to Friday, 10:00–19:00, time zone UTC+4 (Tbilisi).
• 2.4Weekends and Georgian public holidays are not business days.
• 2.5Support languages: Russian and English.

3.Which channel for which question

All email goes to a single address, [email protected]. The subject line helps route your request faster.

• Questions about services and quotes, subject “Sales”, or a Telegram message.
• An active project, timelines, revisions, subject “Project”.
• A refund request, subject “Refund request”. What to include is set out in the Refund Policy.
• Personal data requests, access, correction, erasure, subject “Privacy request”.
• Legal notices and claims, subject “Legal notice”, by email to [email protected] only.
• Partnerships and subcontracting, subject “Partnership”.

4.Legal details

Contracts are concluded with Individual Entrepreneur Danila Manko, registered in Georgia on 30 May 2023. The same legal name appears in the Terms of Service and in the payment platform account.

5.What the Studio does

DANIEL DIOS is a services studio: websites, web applications, Telegram bots and AI bots, knowledge bases, advertising, shooting and retainer support. Work is done in packages with a fixed scope; the full contents of each package are set out in the Terms of Service.

• Landing page: from 700 US dollars. Telegram bot: from 600 US dollars. AI bot with integrations: from 1,500 US dollars.
• Multi-page website: from 2,500 US dollars. Web application: from 3,000 US dollars. Knowledge base: from 250 US dollars.
• Advertising: from 800 US dollars per month, excluding ad platform budgets. Shooting: from 100 US dollars. Retainer: from 150 US dollars per month.
• All prices are in US dollars (USD). “From” means a starting price: the exact quote is prepared after the brief.
• Payment terms: a 50% deposit before work starts, the remaining 50% before access credentials and source files are handed over. One revision round is included.
• We do not take shady verticals. The list of categories the Studio does not work with is in section 12 of the Terms of Service.

6.The brief

The brief is a 30-minute conversation on Telegram or by voice. It is free and creates no obligation: you get a plan, a timeline and an exact quote.

• What to prepare: a description of the task, links to your current site or social profiles, examples you like, and a rough sense of timeline and budget.
• What you get: the scope of work, a timeline in business days, an exact price in US dollars and the payment schedule.
• If the task is not a fit, we will say so during the brief and, where possible, point you elsewhere.

7.Legal documents

The terms of work, the refund rules and how personal data is handled are set out in three documents. They form part of the contract and apply from the moment a quote is confirmed.
