Customers from the map
Someone searches "dentist near me" or "coffee" and sees your listing with photos, opening hours and reviews. We keep that listing complete, alive and pointing to a call or a route. Google Business Profile in Batumi and Tbilisi.
What we do
Three parts that work together
Google Business Profile listing
- Primary and secondary categories
- Photos, opening hours, services and prices
- Replies to reviews on behalf of the business
- Posts with news and offers
Review collection
- A QR code at the counter or on the receipt
- A Telegram or WhatsApp bot reminds the guest about a review
- Honest reviews from real customers only
A local page on your site
- A "how to find us" page with a map and directions
- Name, address and phone match the listing
- Search markup, so people and Google both understand the page
What the owner gets
Clear outcomes, no promises about rank
A tidy listing
Everything filled in and current: hours, phone, services, photos.
Live reviews
New reviews arrive regularly, and every one gets a reply.
A number you can read
A monthly report: how many people saw the listing, called and asked for directions.
How the work goes, week by week
The first month in detail, then upkeep
Week 1
Access to the listing and an audit: what is filled in, what is missing, who is nearby. We write the list of fixes.
Week 2
We set up the listing: categories, photos, services, hours. We prepare the QR and the review request text.
Week 3
We start collecting reviews and answer the old ones. We build the local page on your site.
Week 4
First posts, a check of everything together. The first report and a plan for next month.
What a monthly report looks like
An example for a made-up salon. The numbers are drawn for illustration, they are not a client result and not a promise.
Lavanda salon, Batumi: monthly report
Google Business Profile data, a made-up example
Three takeaways from the report
- More route requests than calls: people walk in. Saturday hours must be added.
- New reviews came after the QR at the counter. We keep the QR and add it to the receipt.
- Some people search "manicure near me". We add that service to the listing and to the local page.
Every number above is made up for the example. Real figures depend on the area, competition and the business itself.
Price
Listing setup, review collection and a local page. Any monthly upkeep is discussed after the brief.
Discuss my listingQuestions and answers
Do I need a website?
No, the listing works without one. If there is no site, we point to your messenger or social page. The local page helps when you already have a site.
Do you promise the first place on the map?
No. Rank depends on the area, competitors and reviews. We put the listing in order and keep it up, so it is easier for you to win.
Where do the reviews come from? Do you buy them?
No. We help real customers leave a review: a QR, a reminder in chat. Bought reviews break Google rules and hurt the listing.
Who owns the listing?
You do. We work through the access you give us, and you can withdraw it any time.
Do you work outside Batumi and Tbilisi?
Yes, remotely. We start with these two cities because we know the local market well.
