Ads that lead straight to booking, not to DMs

Where the ad actually sends people

The classic setup, "ad, then DMs", sounds simple: someone sees a video, opens the profile, sends a direct message. In practice that creates a few bottlenecks at once. DM requests get mixed in with regular messages from friends and comments, so it's easy to lose one. Replies don't come instantly, they come a few hours later if whoever runs the account is busy on the floor. By the time someone answers, part of that audience has already booked somewhere else.

What changes when the ad leads to booking instead

If the ad sends people straight to a booking bot or a landing page with a form, nobody waits for someone to open their messages. A booking bot (from $190 plus $9.90 a month ($490 plus $39 in Dubai, Europe and the US)) offers the service and a free slot right away and puts the booking in the calendar. For more complex cases, prepayment or CRM sync, a bot with integrations (from $1,500) handles it.

It also makes the ad itself easier to measure: you see how many people actually reached a booking, not just how many sent a DM, some of which never got a reply anyway.

DMs aren't the problem by themselves

None of this means DMs are a bad channel, people genuinely message there right after seeing a video. The problem is that DMs stay a shared inbox for everything at once: follower questions, spam, messages from friends and actual requests, all mixed together. None of it is flagged as priority, so a booking request sits in the same queue as a comment saying "looks great, where are you located". A bot solves exactly that part: it doesn't replace DMs entirely, it just pulls out the piece that needs a fast, structured answer.

What that setup is built from

Ads with AI videos (from $800/mo, 8 videos in the base scope) cover the creatives and the campaigns on TikTok, Meta and Google, with no filming: the videos are generated. Separately, there's a landing page (from $700) or an existing site with a booking form, plus a bot to catch the request. Ad spend to the platforms isn't included in that number, it's paid separately, on top of management.

Anyone who already started with the Business package (from $2,000) usually has most of this in place already: the landing page and the booking bot are part of that package, the only thing left is turning on an ad channel.

What happens to the creative itself

Videos built for this setup get planned around where the click actually lands: if someone ends up on a booking bot, the video can show, directly, that booking takes a minute and a bot answers right away, instead of "message us and we'll reply within the day". That removes part of the hesitation before the click even happens, since people already know they won't be left waiting.

Why this isn't always the first move

If there are already enough requests and no ads are running yet, rebuilding the funnel isn't the priority. The conversation about ads leading straight to booking matters once ads are already running but part of the budget ends up in DMs, where requests get lost between messages. Moving the entry point from DMs to a bot usually pays for itself faster than the ads themselves.
